InnovateRank guide
Choose your first business workflow
Start with a repeatable job, a clear owner and an outcome you can measure.

01
Find a repeated handoff
Look for work that happens often and passes between people or tools: following up an enquiry, preparing an onboarding checklist or collecting overdue updates. Start with one narrow task rather than a whole department.
02
Write down the boundaries
List the inputs, the expected output, the owner and the actions that need approval. Decide what should happen when a record is missing, a tool is unavailable or the agent is uncertain.
03
Measure the starting point
Record how long the job takes today and where delays happen. Compare a pilot against that baseline. A polished response is not enough: verify that the intended task was completed correctly.
04
Start with review
Use observation or draft mode before allowing writes. Review examples and exceptions, then expand only when the workflow is dependable. InnovateRank’s live execution is still in development; its current setup saves your preferences.
